1. Introduction
At Inglobe UAE, we are dedicated to excellence and operate with a core philosophy of honesty and transparency. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not fit your needs. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds to ensure a fair experience for all our valued clients.
2. Eligibility & Timeframe
To be eligible for a return, you must adhere to the following strict timeline and conditions:
5-Day Return Window: You have 5 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests made after this 5-day period will unfortunately not be accepted.
Product Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging with all seals, tags, and accessories intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required to complete your return.
3. Returns Without Specific Reason (Handling Fee)
We strive to be flexible for our customers. If you wish to return a product simply due to a change of mind or without a specific technical reason (i.e., the product is not defective):
Acceptance: We will accept the return provided it meets the condition criteria in Section 2.
Handling Fee: While we do not charge a percentage-based restocking fee, a nominal administrative handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover processing and operational costs.
Shipping: For these returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to an error on our part:
No Fees: No handling fees or shipping costs will be charged to you.
Resolution: We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, including your original shipping costs.
Reporting: You must report damaged items to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
5. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team to confirm its condition:
Approval/Rejection: We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Note on Timing: Please note that this timeline excludes weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and public holidays in the UAE, as bank processing times may vary.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Goods that have been opened, used, or altered.
Customized or personalized items.
Items on "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
