2. Shipping Areas
We currently provide shipping services across the entire United Arab Emirates, including:

Note: Deliveries to certain remote or "off-shore" areas may take slightly longer than our standard timeframe.

Please note: We do not process or deliver orders on Sundays or UAE Public Holidays.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please keep the following in mind:

Exact Change: Our courier partners appreciate it if you can prepare the exact cash amount for your order.

Verification: For COD orders, our team or the courier may call you to verify your address and availability before delivery.

Payment First: Per standard courier policy in the UAE, the package can only be opened after the cash payment has been made to the delivery agent.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via SMS or Email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our couriers will typically make up to two (2) attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable:

They will call you to reschedule.

If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, a re-delivery fee may apply to ship the item again.
8. Damaged Items During Transit
We take great pride in our packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue immediately as per our [Return Policy].
